About the Machine
The Forvet Francesca series represents a versatile range of glass working Numerically Controlled (NC) drilling and milling centers designed for precision operations on flat glass sheets with a thickness ranging from 3 to 25mm, even accommodating "out of square" pieces. These machines are renowned for their automatic operation, eliminating the need for manual intervention once the operator inputs the hole diameter and coordinates.
The series encompasses various models with distinct capabilities. The Francesca FC 1250 H.O. boasts a working width of 1250mm, while the FC 1600 Mill extends this width to 1600mm. The Francesca FC 2000/2600 offers even greater flexibility with a width of 2000 or 2600mm. In the case of the FC 32M 3300 Mill, it can handle two glass panels simultaneously, enhancing productivity.
An innovative addition to the Francesca series is the FC 1600 WJ and FC 2000/2600 WJ, which combine drilling with diamond tools and water jet cutting, providing the ability to choose the process according to specific working requirements. These machines significantly increase production capacity.
The Francesca series offers precision and versatility in glass processing, accommodating various sizes, shapes, and thicknesses, making it an essential tool for the glass industry.
